- Knowledge of CCS (CCA) Rules, CCS (Conduct) Rules and Establishment Rules.
- Fully conversant in English and Hindi Language, Degree in Law
- Experience : Examination of X/XII, Administration and Establishment Matters.
Under Secretary (Official Language)
- Master Degree of a Recognized University in English With Hindi.
- Experience : 3 Years.
Deputy Secretary (Academics)
- Post Graduate Degree in The Relevant Subject/Areas From a Recognized University/ Institute.
- B.Ed Degree From a recognized University/Institute.
- NET/SLET or Equivalent or Doctorate Degree.
- Experience : 3 Years.
Under Secretary (Academics)
- Post Graduate Degree in The Relevant Subjects/Areas From a Recognized University/Institute.
- B.Ed Degree From a Recognized University/Institute.
