Applicants willing to apply must had completed the qualifications of +2 in the 10+2 system or its equivalent with Diploma in GNM / BSc Nursing from any Medical College & Hospital of State /any other institutions, are those who shall be eligible to apply.
Should have registered their name in Nursing Council in State & also holding the valid registration certificate as on the notification date.
Knowledge of speaking, reading & writing Odia & had passed the Middle School Exam or equivalent exam with Odia as a subject language;
